TIPS FOR TAKING CONTROL OF YOUR EMOTIONS



Hello, I don't know where this knowledge is coming from but I just feel inspired to write. Today I want to share with you tips that you can use to take control of your emotions. Have you ever been mean to someone who never deserved it simply because you were 'not in the mood?'
We as human beings, when we don't get somewhere to dispose our feelings, we tend to channel that emotion to someone or something else. So if you were made angry in the morning by your whoever you live with, your whole day goes on a downward spiral. Things just go hell. Why does this happen? It is because the failure to deal with your anger results to loose control of your emotions.
You let you feelings control you thoughts. 
Well, if you need to know how to deal with it then let me stop the foreplay and jump right into what brought you here.
My tips for taking control of your life are:

1: SPEAKING OUT
How many times does someone ask you how you are doing and you end up lying by saying 'ok'? It is okay to speak out. If something bothers you, channel that energy thru expressing yourself to someone else. Open up. Speak out. You will feel the burden lifted from your shoulders. 
2: ANALYSE YOUR FEELINGS
Step back and ask yourself what causes you to feel the way you do. Analyse what is provoking you and find ways to fix it or deal with it.
3: LISTEN TO SOME GOOD MUSIC
You need to remember what you listen to affects you psychologically. So be careful when you choose the kind of music you listen to. Music can help you take control of your emotions by putting you in a nice mood.



4:READ BOOKS ABOUT THE TOPIC
I know most people hate reading. If you really want to take control of your emotions then you need to seek knowledge from profound authors who are experts on the matter.
5: LET GO
This is the best way to take control of your emotions. Letting go. Its not that easy but actually it is. Just letting God or Whatever you believe in take your burden and worries. Sometimes we are in bad moods because we are stuck in the past or caught up in the future. Just take life a step at a time. Stop worrying. It doesn't solve anything. Don't confuse caring and worrying.
